Zoe Dorelli is a multidisciplinary contemporary artist, curator and entrepreneur, living and working in London, UK. Having studied for a BA in Painting followed by an MA in Sculpture at UAL, she went on to work at the prestigious Coriander Studio and learnt the fine art of Printmaking.

In 2012 with long term collaborator, artist Dan Faine, she co-founded Dark Matter Studio with the intention of exploring the possibilities of fine art digital and screen printing. There she developed new digital transfer techniques in collaboration with artists such as Mat Collishaw and Jonathan Yeo, as well as having the privilege of producing projects and limited editions for Sir Peter Blake, Damien Hirst, Marc Quinn among others. Throughout this time she continued to make and exhibit her own work as well as curating a variety of exhibitions, sharing her time and expertise with local artists and organisations and is currently developing and teaching ‘After Hours’ courses at Imperial College, London.

Since 2024 she has refocused on her own practice, which explores the embodiment of Ancient Greek and Roman myth and narrative in classical figurative sculpture and how the timeless archetypes embedded in theses stories might be reinvented for the modern age. Learning traditional drawing and painting techniques with a printmakers eye for colour, her new body of work reflects her relentless curiosity and investigation of the arts in all its forms.
